Northtitude ("Northtitude", "we", "us", or "our") is a bespoke packaging design, production, and consulting studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of northtitude.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Northtitude ("Services").

By using this Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or engage our Services.

2. About the Site

This Site is for informational and enquiry purposes. Content shown includes design explorations from our studio (labelled as concepts) and, over time, anonymised case studies of real client work.

Concept work displayed on this Site represents fictional brand scenarios created to demonstrate our design and production capability. Concept work does not represent actual client relationships or completed commercial projects unless explicitly labelled as a case study.

3. Services & Engagements

All Services are provided under a separate written engagement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed by both parties. Pricing, timelines, deliverables, and specific terms are set in that engagement — not on this Site.

Rates and timelines shown on the Site are indicative only. Actual quotes are provided per project after an initial consultation.

4. Enquiries & Communications

When you submit an enquiry through this Site (via the contact form or email), you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• We may respond to your enquiry via email at the address you provided

• We may retain your enquiry details for record-keeping and future communication about the enquiry itself

We aim to reply to enquiries within two (2) business days. We reserve the right to decline enquiries at our discretion, including where the project is outside our capacity, scope, or values.

5. Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously. Case studies published on this Site are anonymised — we do not name clients, products, or campaign details without written permission.

If you share confidential information with us during an enquiry or engagement, we will not disclose it publicly or to third parties except:

• As required to deliver Services (e.g. sharing product dimensions with factory partners under our own NDA)

• As required by law

• With your written permission

6. Intellectual Property

Content on this Site: All Site content — including copy, images, brand marks, layouts, and concept work — is owned by Northtitude or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use Site content commercially without our written permission.

Concept brand names (MAERA, OTTO & JUNE, STUDIO HALO, and similar): These are fictional brand identities created by Northtitude for design demonstration purposes. Any resemblance to real businesses, past or present, is coincidental.

Client work IP: Under Services engagements, IP ownership terms are defined per project in the written engagement.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

This Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g. our email provider, booking tools, social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third parties.

8. No Warranty on Site Content

Information on this Site is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or complete. MOQ ranges, timelines, and capability descriptions are indicative and subject to change.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northtitude is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Liability arising from Services is defined in each individual engagement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
